how it began


We initially opened our restaurant in October 1994, in a new building we had constructed on the shore of Silver Lake. The property was formerly known as the “Silver Beach Resort”, a private park dating back to the early 1930′s. Prior to this restaurant, we had The Seahorse, a full service restaurant in Mukilteo, from 1978 until 1994. We have over 30 years in the hospitality business in Snohomish County.

We started with calamari, both did the NW seafood salad. Served with delicious bread, with a magical dipping oil. Shared a yummy creme brûlée. Enjoyed the sunshine and scenery lakeside. The huckleberry kamikaze is the bomb!

Fabulous seared ahi tuna and poke stack.Superb waiter and the rest of the staff. Deck dining was perfect on a gorgeous day. Our waiter took great care knowing I am gluten intolerant. My Mom had a wonderful 75th bday, she won't forget.

These guys make the dine-in experience at home as good as if you were there. Emory's is a reminder to treat yourselves once in awhile.

People are well distancing especially on the outdoor seating. The food tasted good. Overall a nice place that I would definitely want to go again. Staff was super nice and friendly.
